A journey into the new,
inspired by now.

1987-1990

Started our journey in the field of contracting under the name Yash Associates. The first few projects involved residential and infrastructure development, where we created a mark with our high quality delivery.

1990-2000

Strengthened our presence in the residential segment with 10 residential projects at key locations in Pune. One of the highlights was also delivering 40 bungalows in this decade-long evolution.

2001-2008

Initiated contracting work with LAVASA City. This involved building the road from the dam to the entry gate and developing the entire promenade area. We also built 3 Lakh sq. ft. residential spaces.

2009-2013

Delivered residential projects in Baner and Warje in quick time. Also opened our RCC contracting wing that worked on projects like Portia (Baner), Accord Hospital (Baner), Calsoft (Bavdhan) and landscape works for Praj & Quick Heal.

2013 Onwards

Ranjekar realty ventured into redevelopment with all the expertise acquired in the residential segment. With completed and ongoing projects at Pune's 5 central locations, the journey keeps getting more exciting.
