With 38 years of experience in the field of construction, Mr. Ravindra Ranjekar is the first-generation entrepreneur who founded Yash Associates, the sister concern of Ranjekar Realty and leads the operations. A civil engineering graduate by qualification, he is a man of vision and an accomplished business leader of the construction fraternity. With an innate sense of construction design and harbouring a personal appreciation of quality living, Mr. Ravindra Ranjekar continues to shape the promise of Ranjekar Realty.
A graduate in civil engineering and a post-graduate in project management from University of Maryland, USA, Mr. Aniruddha Ranjekar conceptualized the foray of Ranjekar Realty in the redevelopment sector in 2014. Prior to that he joined the family business in 2009 and brought a new-age result-oriented approach to work. He has expanded the spheres of influence of Ranjekar Realty and has raised the bar in terms of quality and innovation that Ranjekar Realty stands for.
Having completed her post-graduation in Computer Science from San Jose State University, USA, with an experience of working in large corporations,
Mrs. Akanksha Pendse-Ranjekar brings a unique skill set that empowers her to be an able project coordinator. Having joined the operations in 2014, she has taken up the mantle of automating processes with her in-depth understanding of diverse business functions.
An architect by qualification, Mrs. Priyanka Ranjekar-Joshi is a passionate practitioner of her skills in interior and landscape designing. She has more than 6 years of experience in designing creative yet practical living and working spaces. In her budding career, Mrs. Priyanka Ranjekar-Joshi has worked with large-scale corporates like Globe N Beyond and Quick Heal, while also delivering high quality spaces for 6 residential projects in Pune. She plays a crucial role in space designing at Ranjekar Realty.
