Across 3 decades and 2 generations, from the biggest of infra projects to the cosiest of real estate projects, our legacy is shaped by in-house expertise, excellent designs, world-class quality and timely delivery, every single time.
This journey from now to new is driven by our two core values – truthfulness and thoughtfulness. At Ranjekar, we have always ensured that we maintain complete transparency in every transaction and creation. 1990
Started our journey in the field of contracting under the name Yash Associates. The first few projects involved residential and infrastructure development, where we created a mark with our high quality delivery.
2000
Strengthened our presence in the residential segment with 10 residential projects at key locations in Pune. One of the highlights was also delivering 40 bungalows in this decade-long evolution.
2008
We initiated one of the biggest projects - contracting work with Lavasa City. It involved building the road from the dam to the entry gate, and also developing the promenade. Along the way, we also built 3 lakh sq. ft. residential spaces.
2013
We strengthened our residential portfolio by delivering bigger projects at Baner and Warje. Leveraging our construction expertise, we built our contracting division and worked on marquee projects like VJ Portia (Baner), Accord Hospital (Baner) and Calsoft (Bavdhan). We also delivered landscaping works for Praj and Quick Heal.
Present
We extended our construction capabilities by venturing into redevelopment. In a short span, Ranjekar Realty has become a preferred name in Kothrud for redevelopment. With many delivered projects and 10+ ongoing projects, the portfolio is expanding rapidly.

Our Team
With 38 years of experience, Mr. Ravindra Ranjekar is a first-generation entrepreneur who founded Yash Associates, the sister concern of Ranjekar Realty and leads the operations. A Civil Engineering graduate by qualification, and an innate sense of construction design, Mr. Ravindra Ranjekar continues to shape the promise of Ranjekar Realty.

A graduate in Civil Engineering and a post-graduate in Project Management from University of Maryland, USA, Mr. Aniruddha Ranjekar led the foray of Ranjekar Realty in the redevelopment sector in 2014. He has expanded the spheres of influence of Ranjekar Realty and has raised the bar in terms of quality and innovation.

Having completed her post-graduation in Computer Science from San Jose State University, USA, Mrs. Akanksha Pendse-Ranjekar brings a unique skill set that empowers her to be an able project coordinator. Having joined the operations in 2014, she has taken up the mantle of automating processes effectively.

An Architect by qualification, Mrs. Priyanka Ranjekar-Joshi is a passionate practitioner of her skills in interior and landscape designing. She has more than 6 years of experience and has delivered high quality spaces for 6 residential projects in Pune. She plays a crucial role in space designing at Ranjekar Realty.
